Full Moon in Pisces

The eclipse period is over, yet we have not escaped the tribulations of Saturn that were activated and opened during the eclipses. With Saturn conjunct this Full Moon, we are being shown the aspects of our emotional life that are still governed by unconscious reactivity.

These moments arise most clearly when our values or loyalties are challenged. We may find ourselves quickly shifting into reactive energy, often without even realising it. This reactivity, once a survival mechanism, is embedded in the tribal mentality. In modern terms, it operates from the amygdala, our primal brain. It lives in fight or flight. But we are no longer living in tribes, not in the way we once did. The old programs no longer resonate with the world we are stepping into.

The ways we once stayed safe, by excluding the other, by protecting our own, now keep us trapped in fear and defensiveness. This Full Moon may stir precisely these emotional reflexes. You may feel yourself pulling back, shutting down, or turning against someone in your life. If this arises, you are not failing. You are being invited by spirit to witness the pattern and choose again.

The higher octave of this moment arrives as an inner revolution. Not a dramatic one but a quiet, decisive shift. It’s the moment you realise you no longer need to react. You don’t have to carry the pain that was passed to you, whether through present circumstances or inherited through ancestral lines. You can feel the emotion, let it move through you, and choose something entirely new. This is the gentle reprogramming of the emotional body, not through force, but through patience and presence.

If you stay with this process, something extraordinary begins to unfold. The old self, the one built on pain, survival, and reaction will slowly dissolve. In its place, something softer, more spacious, and unknowably alive begins to emerge. This is the rebirth of Pisces. It isn’t something you can make happen. It happens when you allow enough space within you for the mutation to complete, and under this Full Moon, that space is wide open.

Pisces carries the waters of dissolution. It washes away old stories, identities, and attachments. It invites surrender, to assist in the return to your essential nature, one you intricately feel, but maybe are out of practice with. You don’t need to understand it all. You don’t need to fix yourself. Just notice what’s being stirred. Notice where the reaction arises, trusting that even in discomfort, a deeper intelligence (your higher self) is already at work.

This Moon marks not just an ending, but a need for integration. Saturn’s presence ensures the changes we feel now are structural, karmic, and long overdue. Remember that Jupiter, ruler of Pisces, is transiting Gemini, so watch the mind’s tendency to deceive itself or to project discomfort onto others. The mind may resist, activate, or react, but the body already knows what it needs.
