Full Moon in Capricorn

This Full Moon comes in hot, heavy and demanding. One not requiring more effort or intention, but demanding you to stop running. The part of you that’s always fixing, striving, avoiding or explaining, is exhausted. Not because you’ve failed, but because you’re still trying to control what can’t be controlled.

Some structures aren’t holding anymore, some identities you’ve worked hard to maintain are quietly falling apart. This is not a crisis ( although it feels like one). It’s actually an invitation for real growth, the type that only starts when you stop trying to stay the same.

This lunation brings pressure, but not chaos. It’s the pressure to listen, not to your mind, not to your strategy, but to what you’ve AVOIDED. The emotions you haven’t named, the memory you won’t let move, and the story you’ve repeated so often it's become who you think you are.

It is not clarity when it’s just control of a narrative, and don’t call it purpose when it’s just performance you’ve created to escape your reality. This is the moment to stop reaching for answers and sit with what’s real. Let it undo you a little. Let yourself be human.

If you feel frustrated, stuck, unsure, that’s the signal. You’re being asked to grow beyond your usual response. What if you didn’t react the way you always do? What if you didn’t just intellectualise it and emotionally remove yourself? What if you stayed in silence long enough to hear your heart, not just your mind?

The part of you that’s gripping, activated or stubborn is the part that needs softening. This Moon isn’t here to give you more to do, it’s here to show you what you’ve avoided becoming.

Not everything you built is meant to last. Not every part of you is meant to stay intact. Let what’s done, be done.
